Refund & Return Policy
At Legacy Corporate Gifting, each gift is thoughtfully curated and often customized, which is why we do not accept general returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed.
Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:
- 1. If the product received is damaged
- 2. If an incorrect product has been delivered
To raise a request, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. An unedited image (with EXIF data) of the product is mandatory, clearly showing the package from all sides. The image must be shared with us for verification.
Please note that we will not be able to process refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- 1. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided
- 2. Two failed delivery attempts by the courier partner
- 3. Package refused by the recipient
Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized nature of our gift sets, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Please note the following things while processing a cancellation:
- 1. Cancellation requests may be considered only for non-customized orders
- 2. Requests must be made before dispatch/shipment
